A Little R&R With Holistically Haute

Decided to take a moment for myself last night for some much needed relaxation after a very busy weekend. Filled my wonderful jacuzzi tub (that has only been used a few times by myself/hubby since we moved in two years ago…and used many times by my three boys!…funny how that works out) and hopped in to soak.

What made my bath so special and ultra-relaxing and re-energizing was a new bioenergized blend of mineral-rich salts and organic botanical ingredients I had added to the tub.  The product I tried was called “Holistically Haute Salt Bath Ritual”(HHSBR) and I wanted to share some details with you since I enjoyed it so much!

HHSBR contained the following ingredients: Bioenergized Dead Sea Salts, Bioenergized Epsom Salts, Bioenergized Organic extract of Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) essential oil, Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Herbal Extracts of Salvia Apiana (White Sage), Arctium Lappa (Burdock Root), and Taraxacum Officinale (Dandelion Root).

As I rested in my warm bath, I wondered “Why these ingredients?”  So, I went to the producers website and found the following:

“My ingredients are all chosen because they are known for their detoxifying and purifying properties. The different salts are the most mineral-rich on the planet and are also known for their detoxifying properties. They may also help replenish the body with essential trace minerals in which most of us are deficient. Lavendar is my signature fragrance/herb so of course I had to feature it in my first product! I love it because it is relaxing, smells great, and also is naturally anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal. White sage is often used in Native American and Shamanic healing rituals to purify the mind, body, and spirit.   The burdock and dandelion roots are also known to aid in detoxification.

Why is the product bioenergized? Bioenergized ingredients are highly concentrated and are more effective than traditionally formulated ingredients; so less of the ingredients are necessary to be effective which is eco-friendly (less packaging, less harvested natural ingredients).  Typical bath salts come in large, heavy jars and you often need quite a lot of them (one to two cups) to benefit from them in your bath. However, my Salt Bath Ritual is so concentrated that you only need one tablespoon. One 4 oz jar gives you enough salts for the same amount of baths as one of those big, heavy jars of traditional salts.

My one tablespoon of Haustically Haute Bath Salt Ritual worked wonderfully.  I felt so calm, rested and rejuvenated after my bath.  My sensitive skin was not irritated by the mix either. Rather, it felt quite soft and hydrated.  Priced at $12/4 ounce jar (plus S & H), the price is right.  Think I may be taking another hour of R&R tonight!

Oh!  And if you’d like to get some of your own HHSBR (because I’m not sharing), you can click on this link: Holistically Haute Salt Bath Ritual.

Enjoy!  And get some good R&R this week.
